I was looking for the Terminator movies "bum bum bum da bum" sound clip they used as a transitional sound between scenes, or as a dramatic sound as a terminator arrives on seen in the movies.
Looking for Terminator "Ba Ba Ba Dum Ba" sound effects. I could not find them, so I created them myself! Here they are for all to enjoy!
Thank you to my FB friends who pointed me to the entire theme song that had the sound effects I needed. Just need to chop it up into the bite size pieces I wanted.
Evan and I have discovered the fun of Geocaching! It is a true blast. On our first day out, we found 9 caches alone, just in Pflugerville, TX. Since we have taken friends out, gone out with Eron, and my parents (Rob and Donna). It is great exercise, and takes us to little locations we never knew where even around the town we live in. We plan to expand our search for these caches all over the US, and maybe world wide and check out more.
This is our Geocache badge, that shows our progress, live as we find caches and hide cache for others to find.

Pflugerville, TX - Nearly 20 percent of six to 11 year olds are obese -- not just overweight, but obese. That's a scary statistic. One of the problems is that kids aren't eating the right foods, according to nutritionists. But there's a local chef who's making it his mission to turn things around. Chef Patrick Sandoval is doing something new.
He's taking the cook out of the kitchen and into the classroom. "How many want to make smoothies, good, let's do it," said Sandoval. It's part of Pflugerville ISD's new program to get kids healthy. It includes a brand new school lunch menu and programs like Chef Patrick's pals. "With some of our kids eating more than half of their meals at school, we know we have the responsibility to provide them with the nutrients they need. We also want to teach them to make healthy eating choices," he said.
Linley Danner is a dietician who's working with the school district to come up healthy options for kids. "These recipes are going to be based on whole grains and healthy protein, we also want to teach the kids the importance of fresh fruits and vegetables and our menus highlight fresh fruit and veggies every day," she said.
Chef Patrick makes it fun and interactive to get the kids excited about making healthy meals. And the kids like it. They say it tastes good. Chef Patrick hopes to reach at least 30,000 students and parents this school year.
Eron was on TV today. OK -- not the front of him - but you see the back of him multiple times and one side profile. The cute blonde boy in the bright yellow shirt - that's our boy!

Venae has been on the KASE 101 Battle of the Sexes Radio Quiz Show!
She has completed 5-battles, the maximum allowed before she is retired and can not play again for a year. But she did it, hung on and kick some butt in the last battle.
Take a listen to the last four battles, where Venae retains her title! I was unable to record the first show on 7/22, as I was not sure she would make it on (you have to call ahead).
The boys have been having a lot of fun with it, as they get to go to Schlitterbahn Water Park as one of the many prizes Venae has won. They have become very popular at camp, as Venae tells the story - "When they arrived at school, several kids came up and asked if they won more Schlitterbahn tickets, and they said no - but they said they won Sonic Gift Card that day."
Click the links below and the MP3 will play in your browser. Should work on iPads, iPhones and other devices.
